Is the Muse connector live now?
This is a beta. Connector availability depends on Meta review, account eligibility, supported permissions, and the final production configuration.
What does Muse receive?
The intended workflow sends a structured summary of the conversation and the message details your business has configured. The exact data depends on your setup and approved connector scopes.
Does it place outbound calls?
Yes. BotPhone voice agents can place approved outbound calls. Muse shares approved context with BotPhone and receives the outcome. Outbound use must follow applicable consent, identification, telemarketing, and do-not-call requirements.
Does it support WhatsApp?
Coming soon, but not yet. BotPhone for Muse does not currently handle WhatsApp calls or messages. When WhatsApp launches, a compatible WhatsApp Business account and Meta permissions will be required, and WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies will apply.
