How calling credit works
Add credit before you use the phone agent. Call time is deducted from your balance, and you can top it up when needed. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Taxes may apply.

No. BotPhone for Muse is an independent BotPhone product. BotPhone is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Meta.
Is the Muse connector live now?
This is a beta. Connector availability depends on Meta review, account eligibility, supported permissions, and the final production configuration.
What does Muse receive?
The intended workflow sends a structured summary of the conversation and the message details your business has configured. The exact data depends on your setup and approved connector scopes.
Does it place outbound calls?
No. BotPhone for Muse only handles inbound calls: calls customers make to your business number, including calls forwarded from another number. It does not place outbound calls, and Muse cannot direct it to.
Does it support WhatsApp?
Coming soon, but not yet. BotPhone for Muse does not currently handle WhatsApp calls or messages. Today it answers inbound phone calls only. When WhatsApp launches, a compatible WhatsApp Business account and Meta permissions will be required, and WhatsApp Business terms and messaging policies will apply.
Are calls recorded?
No. BotPhone for Muse does not record call audio. Live audio is processed in real time to carry the conversation, and we keep text transcripts, summaries, and messages. You are still responsible for any notice or AI-disclosure requirements that apply to calls your business receives.
Where does it work, and are there limits?
BotPhone for Muse is built for U.S. small businesses and provides U.S. phone numbers. A single call is capped at 10 minutes. See the developer docs for connector access requirements.
